With the recent passing of the rich heiress Casey Johnson, Casey’s friends and lesbian fiancée are fighting for her orphaned pups.

In a recent battle since Casey’s death, Nicky Hilton and Bijou Phillips challenged Tila Tequila at her L.A. home  to release Casey’s beloved dogs so that they may be euthanized and put to rest with Casey, say online sources.(Bijou denied any claims of euthanizing the dogs)

Oil heiress Casey Johnson’s longtime, rich and famous celebutante friends are sick and tired of Casey’s whiny fiancée, Tila Tequila, who the friends say is just trying to cash in on Casey’s death.

Casey had been alone, dead for six days before police were called and Tila, they feel, has been nothing but a bad influence on Casey since day one.

Also, Tila’s constant updates on Twitter regarding Casey’s death have left these same friends wondering if Tila is taking any of this serious at all.
