Olivia Palermo was spotted at the Target Kaleidoscopic Fashion Spectacular wearing a white blouse/striped jacket combo.
The event was held at The Standard Hotel in NYC where New Yorkers including actors Mary-Louise Parker of “Weeds” and Penn Badgley of “Gossip Girl” reveled as the retailer lit up The Hotel to celebrate its fall lineup.
“We wanted to raise the traditional runway show up to the sky,” said Shawn Gensch, Target’s vice president of marketing.
Leighton Meester and Blake Lively have been busy shooting upcoming scenes for the new season of “Gossip Girl” ! The girls have been spotted out and about all over New York City as they prepare for the new season’s episodes.

Blake Lively and Leighton Meester took a break from the Paris set of Gossip Girl earlier today to join Jessica Alba and Milla Jovovich for the Chanel Haute Couture show at the Grand Palais. For the second day in a row the ladies were front and center in their designer looks as the collections made their way down the runway and per the occasion, they were dressed to impress!
But even Hollywood actress Jessica Alba and Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester couldn’t compete with the star of Chanel’s show – a huge gold lion.
