Katy is never one to go dull and last night was no exception. Arriving to the MTV Movie Awards in CA, Katy stood out from the crowd in a bright blue wig and bright yellow nails! She was there to promote her new song and video called, appropriately, ‘California Gurls’ which she collaberated on with Snoop Dogg. The video is pretty much everything ‘Katy Perry’ inlcufing candy, ice-cream, cupcakes and lots of pink. There is even an exploding bra in there somewhere. Lady Gaga anyone???
